Sonora - More than music
Vibeke Sonora Mykkeltveit is a sound healer and holistic singer with many years of experience. Her music aims to be more than just music. Her CD's are magical healing rituals you can take home. The intention is healing at the highest and best way in cooperation with nature and the creator of all that is.
When you use this music for healing purposes, lie down and relax. Say to yourself: "I have always been safe. I have always been loved. I have always been seen." Just relax and let the music work with you. Eventually you will notice the heavy clouds lifting and something brighter and lighter filling you up.
The music may also be used to enhance the effect of Yoga and Tai Chi / Chi Gong exercises. You may also enhance your creativity by using it as background music while painting or performing other types of creative activity.

The scenery around us, with its fjords and mountains, reflects an inner landscape, and by drawing on nature inspiring forces, we also nourish the springs deep down in our soul. We are not outside nature, we are part of it. You will be shown you that this power is also your power, your strength, and that this power can make you whole.
